A trip to the beach and some other pictures too!

Lee Cooper found an egg in his MawMaw's chicken coop.=) Marley was a duck for her school play. She loves to pose, but Lee Cooper couldn't care less.
This is Lee looking at his Easter basket after he had already gotten into most of it.
Uhhh,,,,my feet...where did they go??
He just loved it!! It was the best beach trip ever. I had no idea that him laughing and playing on the beach would mean so much to me.
My sweet Zach.
He is greased down with sunscreen and ready to go.
Riding the choochoo train
Zach, Lee Cooper, and I went to the beach last week. We had such a wonderful time. It was so nice to get away and just enjoy being a little family. Lee loved the water and wasn't afraid of anything. I was really surprised how much he enjoyed the vacation. He didn't stop talking the WHOLE trip. It was really funny. Anyway, here are some pictures and some old pictures that I haven't posted because I'm such a terrible blogger. I will get better!! (Hopefully) Anyway, yall enjoy!

Oldies but goodies!!

Brand spankin new!
I'm not knowing what to do for him in this picture. This is when a person knows they have to depend on God because we sure don't have ANY answers. I felt so completely helpless.
Still in the NICU but some of the tubes and IVs are gone.
Going home!! YEA! My big boy now.
Marley's five years old!
These are some old pictures of Lee Cooper, but I just can't believe how fast a year has gone by. He is walking (a few steps here and there but he hasn't just gone across the room yet.) It just seems like yesterday I was talking to doctors in the NICU and then getting to finally bring him home. Now he looks at me and in the sweetest tone says "Mama, Mama, Mama." He will say it over and over again. I have no idea what he is trying to tell me, but I love to hear him talk. Anyway, here are some pics of my little man and one of Marley from her birthday party.

Valentine's Day and a Birthday Party

Aunt Kathryn and Mama Zach and Sister listening to the conversations
Talking, talking, and more talking. The Birthday Girl
All of the cousins with their Mamas. Poor Uncle Mack is the only boy. My Aunt Charlotte had 6 girls. Can you imagine??
This weekend was a very busy one. I think that we are still recovering. It was Leilei's 80th birthday party. All of her children, grandkids, and nieces came to see her. We had such a good time visiting with everyone. Some of them we haven't seen in almost 20 years. That is hard to believe. Anyway, the party was a little loud but Lee Cooper had a blast and so did I!!
I don't know why the pictures are so little. Sorry, but I'm done trying to fix it!! UHHHH!

Two Crazy ladies and a baby!

This last weekend Mama, Lee, and I went to Natchez to the Kelly's Kids Fall and Winter sale. It was crazy! I was very overwhelmed and Mama kicked in high gear. Before I knew she had left me standing with a crying baby in a stroller and not a clue where to go or what to do. I finally got my bearing and began grabbing clothes with all the other crazy moms. We ended up having a blast and getting some really cute clothes for CHEAP! I'm super excited. I have to admit though. Lee Cooper did not have such a good time. Zach had to study for two test that he had on Monday, so Lee was forced to go with mama and Addy. It was still a good trip, and Mama and I got lots of visiting done.
Sunday, Lee took two steps and then sat right back down and hasn't done it again. Stubborn boy!! Of course, I missed the whole thing. Zach was playing with him in his room, and started yelling he's walking! He's walking! I think he scared him.=) Anyway, that's about all that is going on with us......

Really.....This is it! I'm going to start blogging!

Well, hopefully I will start blogging. Lee is asleep, so I'm taking a few moments to write about the weekend I had. It was Marley's fifth birthday. Shocking!! I can't believe the child is five. Anyway, she had a great party at the North Little Rock Athletic club. I think she would have had just as much fun had Lee Cooper been the only person invited. She just loves that baby! Lee had a blast. He thought he was big enough to bounce in the bounce house, but I quickly distracted him. After the party, Sister, Daddy, and I took Marley girl to Build-A-Bear. That took the rest of the afternoon. What a job! Marley picked out the girliest pink bear she could find, and she got Lee Cooper a marine bear. They are pretty cute. I unfortunately left my camera in Little Rock so no pictures until February when I see sister again. This picture is from last week. Lee had absolutely dumped every toy he had on the floor. He was really proud of himself. I thought ya'll would enjoy!
